DriveCheckUA (“the App”) is provided by Maksim Vilchevskiy.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms and these Terms.
Optional auto-renewable subscriptions (DriveCheckUA Pro) are billed through your Apple ID via Apple’s StoreKit. Prices are shown in the App before purchase. Manage or cancel in Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
The App shows regional alert status for Ukraine using a third-party public data feed. Availability depends on network access and that feed. The App is informational and not an emergency, safety, or monitoring service.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
