DriveCheckUA (“the App”) is a minimal CarPlay and iPhone utility by Maksim Vilchevskiy.
The App uses your device location only while the App is in use, to determine which region to show. Location is processed on device and is not uploaded to our servers. We do not create accounts, and we do not collect name, email, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers.
Optional DriveCheckUA Pro subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple. Apple processes payment; we do not receive your full payment card details. Subscription status may be cached on device to unlock Pro features after verification.
If you subscribe and enable Live Activities, the App may show session status on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island while DriveCheckUA is active in the foreground or on CarPlay. This is not background monitoring when the App is not in an active session.
When you open or refresh, the App requests a public regional notice status from a third-party data source over the network. That request is needed to display status for your region. We do not sell data and we do not use analytics SDKs or ads.
Apple may provide aggregated App Store analytics and crash reports to the developer through App Store Connect and Xcode. We do not receive personal data through those channels.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data for tracking across apps or websites. We do not use your data for advertising.
The App may keep the last selected region on device for convenience. Clearing the App or reinstalling removes local data.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
